Carnegie Shadowing Group, 2007.

Eleven Year 8 pupils took part in this year's Carnegie Shadowing. They read, discussed and reviewed the six shortlisted fiction titles during the summer term, before voting for their favourite and comparing their results with the official judging panel. After much deliberation, the group voted for 'Beast' , by Ally Kennen, as their favourite, whilst the national judges chose 'Just in Case' by Meg Rosoff as the winner.
