Progress File
All Year 11 pupils need their Progress Files to take with them to interviews for college, sixth form, apprenticeships or jobs, from November 2008 onwards.
Year 10 pupils would find a Progress File useful for their mock interviews, just before Christmas 2008.
In October 2008 all Year 11 pupils had the opportunity to create their Progress File. This should contain:
+ a personal statement
+ an individual action plan
+ a CV
+ examples of successes and good work, e.g. attendance certrificates, newspaper articles, photographs of medals etc.
Advice and examples to help you produce your own Progress File is available on R drive. You can also get help from Mrs Billington in Student Services or Lindsay Heaton and Genaro, Connexions advisers, and Mrs Crewe, in the Careers Shop.
